Call Center - Member Service Representative

This position starts at $17.45-$19.50 per hour and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in banking, financial services, and customer support.

No previous financial institution experience is required.

As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member service and create positive financial experiences. You will serve as a trusted resource for members by answering questions, providing account support, resolving issues, and identifying products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.

You will assist members through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, while providing timely, accurate, and personalized solutions. Your responsibilities may include processing debit card requests, assisting with digital banking support, verifying mobile deposits, completing account maintenance, and maintaining detailed records to ensure quality service and compliance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
