• Provides administrative and continuous improvement process support
• Provides timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and reports
• Interface with production floor, manufacturing teams, materials management, sales, engineering, quality
• Define, create, and implement required documentation in support of standardized work, and procedures
• Update and post 6S layouts and documentation
• Periodic reviews – Standard Works, SDSs, Lock-out/Tag-out
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good typing skills
• Proficient in MS Office:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Good written and verbal communication skills including good technical writing skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time for up to 6 hours per day
• Must be able to use the computer for extended periods of time for update to 6 hours per day
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
