As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating learning experiences that empower employees to succeed. You'll facilitate training sessions both in-person and online, customize programs for diverse learning needs, and oversee our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to ensure courses are current, accessible, and impactful. You'll track engagement, gather feedback, and analyze results to continually improve learning initiatives.

From crafting content to working closely with managers and exploring new tools and methodologies, your work will directly strengthen our culture of support, learning, and growth—helping our team members flourish and feel connected.

• Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in training facilitation or educational instruction
• Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with LXPs, LMSs, or other e-learning platforms preferred
• ATD certifications are a plus
