We are seeking talented Electrical Engineers / Project Engineers to support the design and development of custom generator set enclosures and power systems. This evergreen (pooled) requisition supports multiple openings across our engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and design direction for engineered‑to‑order solutions, including generator controls, enclosure integration, communications, and power electronics. You will partner cross‑functionally to deliver high‑quality, customer‑specific solutions on time and within budget.

• Travel:

• Salary Range: $76,050 – $105,200
- Lead electrical design and integration of generator systems, including genset controls, ATS systems, and harnessing
- Custom enclosure systems (skin‑tight and walk‑in)
- Auxiliary electrical components and equipment
- Develop detailed engineering packages including schematics, layouts, component selection, and specifications
- Design solutions with a strong focus on manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Coordinate and integrate third‑party electrical systems through design, build, and commissioning
- Manage and prioritize multiple custom engineering projects to meet delivery timelines
- Provide technical direction and leadership to project teams
