Sr Casting Simulation Engineer

Objective

The Sr. Casting Simulation Engineer will be responsible for completing casting simulation and analysis to support internal as well as customer requests.

Main Responsibilities

* Performs pre and post analysis tasks necessary to complete a casting simulation

* Creates reports documenting the results as well as recommendations from the analysis

* Sets up and manages analysis to run on casting simulation computers

* Performs CAD modeling to support the needs of pre-analysis tasks

* Collaborate on simulation projects

Position Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

* 10 years' experience in CFD and/or FEA with expertise in software

7-10 years experience with 3 years engineering experience within Casting facility

* Experience with Flow3d or MAGMA preferred

* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
