Sr Casting Simulation Engineer

Objective The Sr. Casting Simulation Engineer will be responsible for completing casting simulation and analysis to support internal as well as customer requests. Main Responsibilities Performs pre and post analysis tasks necessary to complete a casting simulation Creates reports documenting the results as well as recommendations from the analysis Sets up and manages analysis to run on casting simulation computers Performs CAD modeling to support the needs of pre-analysis tasks Collaborate on simulation projects Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 10 years' experience in CFD and/or FEA with expertise in software 7-10 years experience with 3 years engineering experience within Casting facility Experience with Flow3d or MAGMA preferred Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Nemak USA, Inc.
