Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and project leadership on the development of generator sets for industrial and mobile applications.
- Coordinate and guide the efforts of CAD Design Analysts, Engineering Analysts, and Lab Technicians.
- Choose materials and components that result in high quality, high performance, and cost‑effective generators.
- Research new technologies and apply proven technology to designs.
- Assist in establishing product strategy and requirements with Marketing Product Managers; use those requirements to write functional specifications establishing design targets.
- Create project timelines and budgets, provide preliminary project spending estimates, and work with Product Management team to present project status.
- Work in a matrix environment and juggle multiple projects or tasks, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within financial boundaries.
- Hybrid work mode: 3 days on site, located at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI 53083.
