• Provide administrative and operational support to Investment & Retirement Services
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
• Coordinate Financial Advisor schedules, meetings, and follow‑ups
• Assist with IRAs (contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
• Process client transactions in compliance with policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems; support seminars, workshops, and client events
• Partner with marketing and branch teams to support outreach and referrals

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client service
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
• Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Interest in long‑term career growth in the investment industry
