A confidential wealth-management firm is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to partner with financial advisors and help clients navigate important financial decisions. You'll manage detailed account needs, build trusted relationships, and keep client requests moving from the first conversation through resolution.
What you'll doServe as a dependable contact for clients, answering questions and coordinating service requests.
Handle account administration involving trusts, estates, and other complex account structures.
Prepare advisor meetings, gather client information, and follow through on next steps.
Coordinate with advisors, internal teams, and outside tax and legal professionals.
Maintain accurate client records and help improve everyday workflows.
Share your knowledge and support newer team members.
What you'll bringExperience in financial-services client support and account administration.
Ability to work through complex account needs with accuracy and sound judgment.
Clear communication, strong follow-through, and care when handling confidential information.
Confidence managing competing priorities and knowing when to involve an advisor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and financial-planning software.
Availability to work onsite in Sheboygan.
Relevant securities licensing and experience supporting financial-planning activities are valued.
