A growing contract manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage production scheduling, material planning, purchasing, and customer order fulfillment. This role serves as a key link between customers, suppliers, and operations to ensure materials and production capacity align with demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedules and capacity plans to meet customer demand.
- Manage raw material purchasing and supplier coordination.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for order fulfillment and supply chain issues.
- Maintain ERP/MRP system data, including inventory and planning information.
- Support new product launches, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials management experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to work with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
