• Supervise team of 20-25 associates.
• Train new associates.
• Ensure adequate work available for team.
• Ensure nightly quota is met.
• Ensure production remains clean/organized and is cleaned up after shift.
• Work alongside team.
• Able to complete most production tasks with minimal errors.
• Positive and coachable.
• Understand everyone learns differently and at a different pace.
• Willingness to adapt and grow as processes change.
• Able to effectively communicate with Associates, Supervisors and Client.
• Previous entry level supervisory experience preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 – $19.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
