We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center as we continue our journey toward Five Stars. What we're looking for:

• Proven ability to lead through change.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience improving quality measures and survey outcomes.
• Passion for developing leaders and building culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in long term care management.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.
