Material Handler​/Forklift Operator - Rotating 3rd Shift

Description: The Material Hander/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials to and from the manufacturing line, and pull orders when necessary. This role works in a clean, consistent, and safety‑conscious environment.

Position: Material Hander/Forklift Operator

Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 rotating schedule 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour, includes a $2.00 hourly shift premium. Total compensation can reach $26.85 per hour through additional training and premiums.

• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.

• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE and GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team and company communications.
• Recognize Product Security Sensitive responsibilities, safeguarding outbound shipments against unmanifested cargo.
• Maintain compliance with Safety‑Sensitive requirements, ensuring performance does not jeopardize safety.

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist.
• Undergo a physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen upon a conditional job offer.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous material handling experience.
