Compensation: $20.50 / hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Trim and Pack Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for trimming, inspecting, and packaging foam products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before shipment.

• Trim parts that come off the line.
• Understand quality requirements for customers
• Pack items according to specified packaging guidelines and customer requirements.
• Make Boxes/Totes
• Making labels
• Label and stack finished goods on pallets for shipping.
• Communicate quality issues over two-way radios
• Clean up at the end of each shift.
• Pull partial boxes/skids
• Complete tally sheets for end of the day counts.
• Read a tape measure.
• Print Reading.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and possible weekends.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive tasks for 10-hour shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 30-50 lbs. (heavier items may require team lifting.)
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves when needed.
