Description: The Line Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produces canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. The position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.
The Basics:Position: Coffee Filter – Line Operator
Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift;
Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: Starting rate $22.00 per hour; up to $28.25 per hour through additional training and an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium.
FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt.
- Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend start‑up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
- This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive (an inability or impaired ability to perform job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
- Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or general production.
- Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
