Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI - Shift: Rotating 1st Shift; 2-2-3 Rotation 5:30AM - 5:30PM
- Pay:
Starting rate: $21.00 per hour, Make up to $24.50 per hour through additional training! - FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt.
Longer shifts = Less shifts each week!
What You’ll Do- Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Accurately complete required production documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
- This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive (inability or impaired ability to perform job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
- Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or general production.
- Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
