Material Handler​/Forklift Operator - Rotating 3rd Shift

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trucks, haul finished goods and raw materials to and from the manufacturing line, and pull orders when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

• Position: Material Handler/Forklift Operator
• Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI
• Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour
• Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• Make up to $26.30 per hour through additional training & premiums!
• FLSA Status:
  Non-Exempt.

• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.

• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive – The position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and requires product security standards to guard against unauthorized cargo.
• This position is designated as a Safety‑Sensitive role.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
• Previous material handling experience.
