Line Operator - 1st Shift

Description: The Line Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

  - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Pay:
  Starting rate $21.00 per hour. Make up to $27.25 per hour through additional training.
• FLSA Status:
  Non-Exempt

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start‑up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive. An associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.

• Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or general production.
• Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
