Material Specialist – Sheboygan, WI

Position Title:

Material Specialist
Wage: $21.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours:

5:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday, Possible Overtime on Fridays)

• Operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transporting materials, components, and products throughout the facility, production, or designated work areas to support production needs.
• Utilizing ERP systems and handheld scanners for material movements and ensuring transactions are properly recorded.
• Delivering raw materials and finished goods to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Packaging products according to specific customer and shipping requirements.
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborating with team across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to all procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assisting in production as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sit-down forklift experience and RF scanner experience required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move 40-50 pounds regularly.
