Johnsonville, LLC. seeks an Equipment Sanitation Technician Backup Assistant Team Lead for the 3rd shift at our Sheboygan Falls facility. The role leads the sanitation team, ensures compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards, and coordinates training and scheduling to maximize production readiness.
You'll work closely with suppliers, USDA inspectors, and production teams to drive continuous improvement in sanitation practices and facility readiness for the next shift.
