Line Operator - 2nd Shift

Description

The Line Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling, and sealing equipment that produces canister‑style disinfectant wipes. The role works in a team environment and supports the production of hard surface disinfectant product.

Location:

1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

Pay: $22.00 per hour starting; up to $27.40 per hour with additional training and a $1.00 per hour shift premium.

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Attend start‑up and tailgate meetings for team and company communication.
• Safe‑Sensitive:
  Recognize that the position is safety‑sensitive and requires adherence to safety procedures.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional offer.

• Experience with machine operation in heavily‑automated environments.
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
