Old Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Seasonal Group Lead for our 2nd Shift Giftbox Program. The role involves supervising a team of 20-25 associates on a 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm–8:00 pm) with no weekends unless production requires.
You will train new associates, ensure adequate work is available, and meet nightly quotas to keep production efficient. The position offers per-hour compensation of $19.00, weekly pay, and benefits through the employer.
