Staff Management | SMX is hiring a part-time Seasonal Group Lead for our 2nd Shift Giftbox Program in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The role is on the 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-8:00pm, with no weekends unless production is behind.
You will supervise 20-25 associates, train new team members, and ensure the nightly quota and productivity targets are met in a clean, safe environment. Benefits include weekly pay and related perks.
