Entry Level General Laborers
- Extrusion Department - $60 Weekly Bonus
- Up to $17/hr - WI
IQ Resource Group is hiring entry-level General Laborers for their Extrusion Department in Wisconsin. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing, with opportunities for training and advancement. Employees will support sheet extrusion operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and work as part of a team. The company welcomes Spanish-speaking applicants and offers a weekly attendance bonus.
Perks& Benefits
- Wage: $16-17 per hour
- $60 weekly attendance bonus (Monday through Friday hours, effective 6/8/2026 through 8/28/2026)
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training

- High school diploma or GED required
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift, pull, or move up to 25 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands
- Ability to obtain forklift license (training provided)
- One to three months of related experience or training
