Machine Operator

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours:

5:00AM - 3:00PM or 3:00PM - 1:00AM (Monday
- Thursday, Possible OT on Friday)

• - Operating single-stroke and coil fed punch press equipment safely and efficiently
• - Performing visual and dimensional inspections using measuring devices, gauges, fixtures, and other quality tools to ensure products meet blueprint and customer specifications
• - Loading and unloading metal coils with or without assistance as needed
• - Inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products according to customer requirements and company procedures
• - Verifying bills of materials and production orders to ensure accurate product manufacturing
• - Safely operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed
• - Meeting or exceeding production, efficiency, and quality goals
• - Completing required company training and maintaining compliance with all safety and operational requirements
• - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Basic math, measurement and reading comprehension skills
• - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• - Prior machining operation experience; preferably in stamping or similar production environment
• - Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds regularly
• - Familiarity with hand tools and other manufacturing equipment
• - Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• - Strong attention to detail
• - Ability to work independently and within a team
