Job Description
Assembly Operator
1st Shift
The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling small component parts used in water softener production. This role ensures components are assembled accurately, safely and efficiently according to established work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing and frequent bending and reaching.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Starting pay : $21.00/hr
Step 2 at 6 months: $22.05
Step 3 at 12 months: $22.80
