The Outreach Team is hiring a Voter Contact Field Director to recruit, train, and lead a canvassing team in Ashland, OR and surrounding Senate District 3. You will train staff in the field, lead by example through regular canvassing, and drive campaign reporting and goals.
This role requires strong leadership, willingness to canvass multiple days weekly, and a commitment to equity and inclusion in a fast-paced political field operation during the election period.
