Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.00 per hour (adjusted based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education).

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.

• Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
• Valid multi‑state RN license (Nurse Licensure Compact) accepted for Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required as appropriate to the patient population.
• Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
