Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Rehabilitation & Long-Term Care

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled rehabilitation and long-term care programs
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and safely
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with therapy staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery goals
  • Educate and support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
What We're Looking For
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in skilled rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
