Join our Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Sheboygan, where you’ll care for patients with high‑acuity cardiac and critical care needs in a fast‑paced, specialized environment. This unit serves as a critical care setting focused on managing complex cardiac and medical conditions, offering the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills and strong critical thinking.

You’ll work alongside a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team that values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning. The CCU provides a supportive environment where nurses are empowered to grow their expertise while making a meaningful impact during some of the most critical moments in patient care.

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. You’ll deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, and strong communication, you will help create the safest patient environment while enhancing the overall patient experience across the care continuum.
