Registered Nurse; RN - One Day Surgery; ODS

Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.00 per hour. Pay rate varies based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the One Day Surgery (ODS) unit. Candidates should be patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers with strong clinical knowledge for a fast-paced environment. Prior PACU experience is preferred.

  Full time, 36 hours per week. Week 1: 10‑hour shifts; week 2: 8‑hour shifts. Start times vary: 5:30‑9:30 a.m. Call every 6‑7th weekend from 06:00‑12:00.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school approved for licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

• Experience in healthcare preferred.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required.
• Valid multi‑state RN license acceptable under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

36 hours per week split over two weeks, with shift times ranging from 5:30‑9:30 a.m. Weekend on-call duties every 6‑7th weekend from 06:00‑12:00.
