• As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while actively engaging patients and families throughout the continuum.
• You will monitor patient conditions, prioritize care needs, respond quickly to changes, and adjust care plans as needed—collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes.
• You will apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and outcomes.
• You will promote a culture of safety by identifying risks, intervening appropriately, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and team members.
• You will administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• You will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, supporting team-based care and appropriate delegation.
• You may float to other units or care areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to support patient care demands.
• You will uphold ethical standards, adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics, and contribute to an inclusive, patient-centered care environment.
• You will support professional development by completing required education, maintaining certifications, and seeking opportunities for growth.

• Licensure & Certification: RN license in applicable state; BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
