You will assess, monitor, and manage patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document care in electronic medical record systems. To qualify, you need an active Wisconsin registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1-2 years of recent ICU experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with advanced critical care equipment and cardiac monitoring.
