- $121 - $159/hour ($251, salary)
- Sign-On Bonus Eligible up to $100,000
- Forgivable loan option also available

- CME Reimbursement: $2,250 annually + 40 hours of CME PTO
- Malpractice Insurance
- Extra Shift Bonuses: $75-$100/hour
- 30 days PTO increasing with years of services

- Schedule:
Monday through Friday with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts. - Work-Life Balance:
Call is 0-2/ month, 5-8 weekends per year, & 1 holiday per year max. - Team Environment:
Operate within a CRNA-led team utilizing a collaborative care model. - Clinical Scope:
Provide anesthesia services for adult patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. - Professional Growth:

As a CRNA in our team
, you'll enjoy a collegial, low-turnover anesthesia team with 4 physicians and 13 CRNAs where you will enjoy a collaborative care environment, autonomy in your practice, and a medically supportive anesthesia team—all while living in a vibrant, affordable community.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
- Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period.
- Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
- Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.
License/Registration/Certification Required MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
- Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
- Active DEA registration prior to hire
- Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
