Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones and activities they enjoy, while building trusting relationships with patients and families.
As part of the care team, you will educate caregivers on home hospice care and collaborate to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. An active RN license in the state and CPR/BCLS certification are required, with hospice experience preferred.
