Old Wisconsin Sausage is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to test materials and products for chemical, microbiological and sensory standards. You will collect samples, record data, and help ensure product safety across processing, packaging and finished goods.
The role requires knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF, strong math skills, and the ability to operate in a team within Plant 2 in Sheboygan, WI, with a 3rd shift schedule.
