Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer in Sheboygan, WI to lead incoming inspection and MRB activities across multiple shifts. You will develop robust inspection systems, drive supplier quality improvements, and partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure first-pass quality.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 2+ years in quality engineering, and hands-on experience with MSA, SPC, and Lean/Six Sigma methods. Onsite work Monday–Friday in Mosel facility.
