Overview
Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) North Sheboygan, WI 53073. This position involves working independently to manage product placement, sustain inventories, and support seasonal resets and installations in Hallmark departments within various retail stores.
Salary and Schedule- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.50-$15.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
- We provide paid training delivered through live, hands-on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.

- Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are typically 13-15 hours.
- Availability during the week before and after major holidays (which may include weekends) is required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
- Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Maintain the Hallmark product display at assigned stores with professional interaction with store staff and customers.
- Holiday support: Prepare for seasonal demand around holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) with additional days and extended hours as needed; some holidays may require work on the actual holiday, including weekends.
- Department Resets: Participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing fixtures, relocating cards and products, and resetting card sections. Typically informed two weeks in advance of remodels; some assignments may occur in evenings or weekends.
- One Team Vision: Collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other team members in their territories as needed.
This is a physically demanding role requiring energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, and may need to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You may be required to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders.
BasicQualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to access documents and information.
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the Internet.
- Access to transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
