Retail & Store Manager, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Support
Position Summary:
What you'll do, recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates and oversees job‑related activities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission, values, and ethics, implementing action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and guiding business processes. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces diversity, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and creates opportunities for all to thrive. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure based on external factors.

State Pay Differential:
This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, the position requires successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, the position may require a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
