Position Summary:

Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans, and utilizes and supports the Open Door Policy. Builds high‑performing teams, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging, and creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform. Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, Complex Structure based on external factors, and State Pay Differential where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • For firearms‑sale locations, mandatory background check and mandatory Firearms Authorized Training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
