This position is located in Sheboygan at 3060 South Business Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53081.

• Competitive compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $51,300 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• Learn the company’s business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive hands‑on learning, mentorship, and support to succeed.
• Build relationships in the community and contribute to business growth.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Experience can include collegiate/professional athlete or leadership in the military or community/social/academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI/DWI) on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship requirement now or in the future.
