Provides front line shift leadership for Public Safety Officer 1 & 2 routine and emergency responsibilities, including task assignment and incident report approvals.;
Responds to emergencies, de-escalates incidents, and utilizes force when necessary, while investigating workplace incidents.;
Schedules public safety staff, ensures shift coverage, oversees PTO and timecard accuracy.;
Investigates incidents on Advocate Health property and coordinates with law enforcement and first responder agencies.;
Delivers security awareness education, trains officers, and maintains training standards and certifications.
