Security Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and support daily security operations at a client facility in Sheboygan. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting security officers, maintaining client service standards, and ensuring security procedures are followed.

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to the site
• Monitor officer performance and provide coaching and direction
• Ensure post orders, security procedures, and client requirements are followed
• Complete and review daily reports, logs, and required documentation
• Maintain professional communication with employees, clients, visitors, and management
• Respond appropriately to incidents and use sound judgment
• Provide consistent, high-quality security and customer service
• Assist with site operations and other duties as needed

• At least 2 years of security experience, including supervisory, lead, or other security leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain required automobile insurance
• Active Wisconsin Guard Permit, or ability to obtain the required credential
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Must meet applicable client and/or insurance age requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required criminal and motor vehicle background checks, as well as applicable client or jurisdictional requirements. The position may require overtime, extended shifts, occasional schedule changes, local travel, and responding to site-related needs or emergencies outside of regularly scheduled hours.

• $24.00–$28.00 per hour
• $200 sign-on bonus for candidates with an active Wisconsin Guard Permit
• Assistance may be available to obtain the required Wisconsin credential
