Asplundh - - Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor;
Conduct field training and retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units;
Enforce safe work practices and conduct safety training per policy and OSHA specifications;
Discuss access and other issues with property owners; obtain permission to perform required work;
Maintain records and reports related to crew performance; monitor crew time and costs
