• Shift: First shift 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (optionally 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), Monday‑Friday; no weekends or nights.

We are seeking an experienced diesel technician to join our team. You will work independently on major and minor repairs, diagnose all‑makes commercial trucks and buses, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection, and determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Troubleshoot and repair suspension, driveline, steering components, brake system (air and hydraulic), engine, and electrical systems.
• Install and replace components such as injectors, pistons, liners, camshafts, cylinder heads, bearings, oil pans, clutches, fan hubs, differentials, fifth wheels, brakes, batteries, transmissions, and other parts.
• Document all work performed and recommend repair orders.
• Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles meet post‑service requirements.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.
• Organize work and plan for highest efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in continual training and development to support career and company goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repairs.
• 5+ years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy‑duty trucks.
• Training and experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE certification, and 608/609 certifications.
• Proficiency with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Own toolset sufficient to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

As a lead technician, you will serve as a mentor for developing diesel technicians at the dealership. You will be valued for your expertise, receive ongoing OEM training, and benefit from a culture that promotes continuous improvement and professional growth.
