We are seeking a mid-level Estimator to handle estimating and coordination of residential and commercial property damage claims, including fire, water, wind, and other incidents. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, customer-focused, and able to deliver accurate estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Complete site inspections on project assignments and input data from field inspections to prepare accurate, timely estimates.
- Negotiate directly with insurance representatives and third-party administrators.
- Work with property owners to address and resolve time-sensitive property damage claims.
- Demonstrate empathy and provide exceptional customer service to clients and project payees.
- Maintain accurate logs of all relevant communications and ensure compliance with third-party provider performance standards.
- Be detail-oriented and manage large amounts of information with multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of general construction practices and property damage restoration methods.
- Take direction from the assigned manager and communicate progress regularly.

- College degree (2-4 years) or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
- Specialized training: IICRC FSRT, IICRC WRT, IICRC ASD, IICRC OCT
- Certificates/Licenses: WI Dwelling Contractor, Valid Driver's License
- Equipment: iPad/tablet, smartphone, laptop, measuring tools, ladder
- This role involves onsite work in environments affected by fire, water, wind, or other structural damage. Travel within the region may be required.
- The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to variable conditions.
