• 2-2-3 Rotating Work Schedule

• Under the direction of the Asset Leader, ensure that customer expectations and goals are met or exceeded while maintaining costs, integrity, processes, and procedures
• Identify whether a carrier is inbound/outbound/preload/live load/drop load
• Complete paperwork (sign, date, update yard management, and load confirm)
• Direct outside carriers to the correct doors or lot location
• Determine live load/preload
• Check short items (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). correct when possible
• Troubleshoot shipping order issues
• Complete BOLs for completed loads
• Email and scan BOLs and pack lists as requested
• Communicate when shopping list is out
• Communicate when live loads arrive
• Coordinate Co-Pack outbound loads and complete ST/OT and bills
• Approve GAC Loads
• Communicate with internal drivers
• Scan confirmed loads into Docushare
• Communicate at shift change what is currently happening to ensure a smooth transition
• Product Security Sensitive – This position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse flow
• 4 years of work experience in Logistics (Warehouse Shipping and Receiving) and familiarity with transportation modes preferred
• Prior dispatch experience desirable
• Prior experience with JD Edwards preferred
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
