Position Overview
Material Handler/Forklift Operator – the role involves operating a forklift to load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists. The position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscientious environment.
Location: N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI
Shift: 2nd‑Shift;
Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: Starting rate $22.00 per hour; includes $1.00 per hour shift premium; up to $26.65 per hour through additional training.
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers and haul finished goods and raw materials.
- Pull internal shopping lists when necessary.
- Stand for long periods, get on and off the forklift consistently and safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
- Follow PPE and GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Attend dock meetings for team and company communications.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
- Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous material handling experience.
Product Security Sensitive – as a product sourcing facility, this role has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
Designated as a Safety‑Sensitive position; inability or impaired ability to perform tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.
