Position: Foreman for Concrete and Carpentry

Responsibilities include formwork installation, foundation layout, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are essential for this position, and training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in laying out foundation walls for projects

• Construct wood formwork systems for structural elements

• Straighten and brace forms as part of setup

• Install necessary rebar and hardware

• Operate power vibrators for concrete consolidation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in concrete and carpentry

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Basic tool knowledge essential

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Steel-toed safety boots are necessary
