Intervention Specialist Kindergarten (Long Term Substitute)
Forestlawn Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to support kindergarten students for the school year. We are looking for a passionate educator who can collaborate with staff, students, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist (K-12) license
- Experience as an Intervention Specialist preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, students, and families
- Skilled in instructing students in both general education and resource room settings
- Experience in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collecting supporting data
- Knowledge of academic and social-emotional/behavioral interventions
- Familiarity with Ohio's Learning Standards
Additional qualifications as determined by the Board
